  • How long will it take for me to get my items after placing an order?
    • Long Guns (7-10 Business Days) 
    • Handguns (5-7 Business Days)
    • Accessories (7-10 Business Days)
  • Do you Charge A Credit Card Fee?
    • Gun Pro does not currently charge for credit card usage
  • How much do you charge for shipping?
    • Most guns ship flat rate $14.95 and then $10 per gun after the first one
    • Some guns will ship flat rate $24.95 depending on warehouse (add to cart to verify) then $10 per gun after first one
    • Accessories ship for $8.95 and then $5 per item for some items such as ammo
    • Alaska and Hawii orders will require additonal shipping charges please get shipping quote before placing your order. 
  • How can I track the status of my order?
    • Upon placing your order you will receive an auto generated email containing an order verification number a.k.a order number.
    • Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your order is filled at the distributor. Some brands are not permitted to drop ship and must be shipped to us to then ship to you. In these instances, your tracking number will be emailed to you after we have received your item/s and have generated the outbound label to you or your dealer
    • Note: Please do not flood our email and phone lines with order update requests. All updates are communicated via email as this is the most effective way to ensure timely updates are provided to our customers
  • Can you ship a gun to my home address?
    • No all guns must ship to a dealer aka FFL per ATF requirements
  • Can I return items that I purchase?
    • Guns can be returned as long as they have not been transferred into the customer's name & restocking fee will be applied (See Store Policies)
    • Ammo cannot be returned all sales are final
    • Accessories can be returned however, a restocking fee will apply (see store policies)
    • Class III NFA Items (Silencers and SBR's) cannot be returned all sales are final
  • What happens if I need to cancel my order?
    • We do allow cancelations however, a 25% cancellation charge will be applied so we encourage customers to be sure they want their items before they place an order
    • Class III NFA Items such as silencers and SBR's cannot be canceled once the order is placed as paperwork must be submitted with the ATF for every item.
